A partnership of Std Labs, SAI and Kanawha Scales of Poca, Wv was formed in 1999 with key personnel from each company providing consulting services. (Discussed in the “Partnership” Section under ENSA.)
A lab at Marrowbone, Wv was opened with Randy Cassidy as manager.
