Rick Flesher was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2005 and Troy Stallard moved to the Chairman of the Board position. That same year Greg Pendergrass became President of Precision Samplers, Inc. Troy Stallard was named Who’s Who in Business in West Virginia by The State Journal publication.

Unfortunately the company experienced some fires at both its Holden, WV and Pikeville facilities in 2003. Neither fire resulted in substantial loss, but caused serious and intensive safety and fire prevention training at all operations across the company. 2003 also saw the startup of a new lab in Warncliffe, Wv with Donald Kerns as manager.
